Meet Our Admissions Team

Johnny Graham Head of School Johnny Graham, as Head of School, oversees all admissions activity in league with Rob Campbell, our Head of Administration. His roles in the admissions process are to greet new families interested in WCA, explain our mission and vision and how they can monumentally benefit a student's path in life, and then conduct the final interviews and official congratulations once a student has been admitted. grahamj@williamsburgchristian.org Robert Campbell Head of Adminsitration Rob Campbell, as Head of Administration, directly manages the admissions process. Rob coordinates all team members in the processing of applications, sets up interviews with our division heads, explains the process of enrollment and tuition payments, and insures all applicable forms and documents are in order to admit each student. campbellr@williamsburgchristian.org Cassie Bradshaw Admissions Director Cassie handles all admissions processing for incoming students. From the first phone call or email, Cassie arranges campus visits, receives applications, coordinates submittal of key supplemental paperwork from applicants, and schedules all required interviews. bradshawc@williamsburgchristian.org Rebecca Burch Registrar Rebecca Burch manages the electronic system (Praxi) that receives all data from online application systems, and inputs new family and student information into our student database, for subsequent use by teachers and administration in posting grades, contacting parents, and processing tuition and fees payments. burchr@williamsburgchristian.org
